I do have to admit, because of Ruthie’s expertise and advice, the purchasing of our first home was successful and delightful.

Ruthie contacted me about a year ago and I explained we were waiting for the right time to purchase. She, very respectfully, said she would keep in touch. Honestly, I thought she would lose contact and move on to bigger and better clients instead of wasting time on first home buyers. She called every other month to check on us; and, through this time period, Ruthie remained professional and friendly. A year later, we were ready to move forward and take the big step. Without hesitation, we called up Ruthie. That same day she supplied us with about 25 different listings to choose from and we narrowed it down to 6 potential homes. The first day she showed us our potential 6 homes, we found our dream home and made the offer.

Ruthie is very knowledgeable about every aspect of purchasing and selling. She made everything crystal-clear. When there was a question, she quickly responded any way possible to make sure we understood every step of the process. When we get ready to sell, she will be the first person to call.
